BOOM BOOM's BOW

Boom Boom's Bow - Janette Mason and her musicians. For children aged 3 to 10. 'Boom Boom's Bow' is an interactive jazz musical romp for the whole family. Where did Boom Boom leave his bow? The audience must help him find it. On the way, make up a blues song, shake your groove and discover that anything can swing. Laugh at the antics of Jazz, played by Hannah Woolley, recent star of 'Legally Blonde'; Mrs Tinkle, played by Janette Mason, a Parliamentary Jazz Award-nominee; Crash, played by Patrick Levett; and of course Boom Boom, portrayed by Simon Little.

The Nigel Price Organ Trio - winners of the 2010 Parliamentary Jazz Awards for 'best jazz ensemble' - is led by one of Britain's finest guitarists Nigel Price - ex James Taylor Quartet. Together with Matt Home on drums and Ross Stanley on Hammond organ. Special guest will be American saxophonist Gary Smulyan, a five-time GRAMMY award winner for his work with B.B. King, Joe Lovano, Holland and The Vanguard Jazz Orchestra. The band draws upon it's 1960šs influences to give an enthusiastic, soulful and swinging sound. Tickets online HERE |
